JEJU DDACK SHRIMP (JEJU RED-BANDED LOSTER)


Sweeter flesh than shrimp, Deeper taste shell than a crab.


The Ddack shrimp that lives in the eastern part of the South Sea and Jeju Island in Korea is called the ddack shrimp 


because it resembles the shrimp, but its official name is Red-banded lobster which is actually a kind of lobster with a hard shell.


The flesh is sweet and savory, and the deep taste comes from the chitosan-rich shell, so it is widely used in sashimi and soup dishes.


Hanolle Jeju red-banded lobster can be carefully cleaned, quickly frozen, vacuum-packed, and eaten as sashimi right after defrosting, 


and can be used for a variety of dishes depending on your taste.
